We propose a novel approach of knowledge visualization udtechnique by generating knowledge through a graph-based udclustering technique, incorporating tacit knowledge and finally udvisualizing the knowledge in dashboard form. Three aspects are udemphasized: clustering technique, knowledge visualization and uddomain knowledge interaction. Clustering technique with the udfeature vectors helps user to mine data from the enterprise uddatabase for pattern recognition. The knowledge visualization udhelps users to analyze the comprehensive characteristics of the udobjects under study. Subsequently, domain knowledge interaction udshall enable the human’s perceptual capabilities to be transferred, udthus increases the intelligence of the system. The knowledge udvisualization is enhanced through the dashboard concept which udincorporated with Key Performance Indicator where it provides udsignificant patterns of knowledge on real-world. The framework udconsists of the knowledge visualization model and a prototype udsystem design for higher education environment is presented in udthis paper. ud
